"After outgrowing my first home, Michael and I were thrilled when my Kerry sold within the first week of putting it on the market! We secured our dream plot on Canal Walk, a 4-bedroom detached Waterford which features a huge rear garden and is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac! We would walk around Canal Walk and see our plot almost every day whilst we were still living in my Kerry, we loved watching it being built and was over the moon to reserve it (exactly a year to the day from when we first saw it!) We also found out that we exchanged contracts whilst on holiday in Thailand which is something we will never forget!"

"Since living in a Gleeson home I have noticed that my energy bills are significantly lower than what my friends are paying, thanks to how energy efficient our home is! We did experience several snags when we moved into our second home, but we cannot fault the Site Team and Sales Executives enough, they have been fantastic and fixed everything so quickly. We have loved decorating our home, ready for the new arrival of our gorgeous little boy and we are excited to start our next project which will be the garden in the summer!”
